Refund Policy
Subscriptions
Wayne Capital is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Billing errors
If you believe you were billed in error — a double charge, a charge after cancellation, or a plan mismatch — contact support@waynecapital.io within 30 days of the charge and we will review and correct genuine errors.
Where law requires more
If you are in a jurisdiction whose consumer law grants a mandatory cooling-off or refund right for digital subscriptions, that right applies notwithstanding the above. Tell us where you're located when you write in and we'll handle it accordingly.
